THERAPY FOR PURPOSE-DRIVEN PEOPLE NAVIGATING LOSS

Welcome,
I’m Jodie

I help people navigate losses—relationship, identity, health, career, the life you imagined for yourself—and find the riches on the other side.

I think of these times as a descent into the unknown, the uncomfortable territory where transformation happens.

With tender attention and the right guide, surviving a time of disorientation invites us to awaken to a new way of being.

This is what I want for you. To find your way through this season of change and challenge—your dark night of the soul—so that it brings you more fully into your power as a person.

I have walked through these times to a life with more presence, purpose, and joy. I can help you find your way.

Let me be clear—no one chooses loss in order to grow
and I’m not suggesting you should love the journey.

Life just gives us these storms. You’ll feel what you feel about it. In fact, that’s the process of healing and you can trust it.

Maybe the descent has come through a breakup or divorce, loss of your health, career, or identity, a midlife reckoning, a wake-up call to a way of being that’s no longer working, or some other life transition.

A significant personal disruption that leaves you feeling untethered, without a map, down or defeated.

A big life decision that has you paralyzed in self-doubt.

The ending that means you’re no longer the same person but not sure who you are yet.

Let’s navigate these waters together to help you reach the shore—to engage in the process of grieving, rebuilding, re-loving, and becoming anew.

I offer 1:1 therapy, personal retreats, support groups and workshops. However you choose to work with me, I am dedicated to your healing and growth.

LEARN MORE:

My style combines a sharpness of mind, depth of heart, and intuitive wisdom. I’m warm, direct, and real with you, present in the depths of a grief process as I am with an ironic dating story.

An East and West Coast city dweller most of my life, I embrace my urban and my earthy. People have described me as wise with a bit of kick-ass, or ‘woo’ in a stealth way. As a therapist, I’m at home in either world;
I say yes to all my contradictions - and yours.

I trust in your innate healing intelligence and also honor that you want my help and direction in our work.

WHAT FOLKS ARE SAYING:

“Your work is ingenuous and vital. I’m grateful for all you do.” -J.W.

“Our individual sessions make all of what I am going through manageable. I can't believe how much I have learned from you and how much more I am able to handle and tolerate.” -K.V.

“My husband and I saw you a long time ago for individual therapy and couples sessions. We still use a practice you taught us almost every night. We are happily married with two beautiful daughters.
I don't think we would have made it if it weren't for you.” -J.M.
