PROGRAM:
Join us for a women’s retreat focused on relating from a place of ease, nourishment, play, and aliveness. You will be supported by altered state work, time in nature, and guided practices to allow your nervous system to expand into new states of being.
This October, I am opening my home to a small circle of 6–8 women for a private ceremony centered around the theme of Connection.
Connection to Self.
Connection to Others.
Connection to Spirit.
Together, we will gather in a beautiful and intimate setting for a weekend of ceremony, reflection, nourishment, nature, and heartfelt witnessing.
This is not group therapy, nor is it a retreat designed around fixing or improving yourself. Rather, it is an opportunity to slow down, soften, listen deeply, rest, and remember what matters most.
Many of us spend our days caring for others, managing responsibilities, and carrying tremendous amounts of competence. This circle offers another way of being—one that invites honesty, receptivity, tenderness, play, joy, awe, and the simple experience of being human together.

What Is Included
A small, carefully curated group of 6–8 women
A 90-minute Zoom preparation gathering prior to ceremony
A retreat-like group ceremony held at my Penngrove home
A 90-minute Zoom integration gathering following the experience
Nourishing time in nature, with access to a Japanese-style cedar hot tub
Tent camping on a beautiful Sonoma County wine country property
A light post-ceremony meal on Saturday evening
Sunday breakfast shared together
Guidance and support throughout the process with myself and another female guide
