Collab Lab is a short-term counseling process where I’ll be your thought partner for a problem you’d like to explore. I’ll tell it to you straight, with warmth and depth. I’ll guide you to a sharper awareness of what makes the issue sticky—the parts of you that are in conflict inside. 

We’ll call on your mind and your heart wisdom to explore the deeper terrain of this problem.

We’ll create practices for you to do in your life that help you play with the edge that’s uncomfortable. 

Sometimes they’re moments which both reveal and repair the ways you’ve been enacting a limiting belief system. 


While Collab Lab is inner work directed, it’s not a replacement for weekly therapy.

What you’ll gain here is a map for the inner work that lays ahead, a structure for the path, and the relief that comes from feeling movement in your process.

In Collab Lab we’ll certainly need to talk, and we’ll also engage our creativity and sense of play to enliven the problem and see it with new eyes.

We may use expressive arts, parts work, mindfulness practices, and guided drum journey to access your intuitive wisdom.

How it works:

We’ll meet for three (3) 90 min sessions, scheduled weekly or every other week. Fee: $1,500

If needed, we can add one (1) additional meeting.
Fee: $500 / 90 min
