ABOUT MY GROUPS

My groups are therapist-led, warm, supportive spaces to process your feelings and experiences.

We stick to the inner healing work, steering away from advice giving or resource sharing.

We’re human and real together, which helps create enough safety for a deep connection.

You’ll be guided to share from a place of vulnerability while also tracking your boundaries. Contact outside of group is encouraged and sometimes friendships form. 

My groups focus on feeling and doing. Part support group, part workshop, there‘s attention for your emotional process and tools for what to do.

I’ve been leading groups and workshops since 2012 when I became a therapist after my own divorce.

In that time, I’ve witnessed countless people transform. My experience has allowed me to see what truly helps—the magic, so to speak, of connection. I hope you’ll join us.


What Type of Groups Do You Offer? 

Online: 

I offer online support groups and workshops focused on helping you work with attachment patterns, nervous system regulation, healthier boundaries, healing codependency, and dating well. Open to US residents.

In-Person (San Francisco Bay Area):

Join us for Healing Hikes, an outdoor workshop based on the ways our nervous system regulates—connection, movement, nature, and creativity.


When Do Your Groups Meet?

Online groups are scheduled monthly throughout the year, usually on Tuesday evenings, Pacific Time.

Healing Hikes meets 2-3 times per year, on Saturdays at different locations in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What is the Cost?

Fees vary. Depending on length and frequency of the offering, they’re usually between $69-150. Details on pricing are listed separately with each event.


How Do I Join?

All my offerings are one-time or short-term commitment, like an event. No interview or screening call is required to join. Please register online, in advance to save your spot. Sometimes groups do sell out. 

Your registration is your commitment. Once registered, there are no refunds which helps ensure that we show up for each other.


Who Comes to Your Groups?

Most groups are women only, some are co-ed. Group size is usually 6-10 members.

Although each group is different, we tend to have people at diverse life stages represented, from early 30s to 60s. 

Participants are at different phases of their relationship transition, including breakup, separation or divorce, post divorce, considering, unsure, or confused. Women separating from female partners, and folks in non-monogamous or nontraditional partnerships are welcome.
